This is the programme issued for a Testimonial Game for Bobby Wilson which took place at Dens in December 1975. Although it was against Celtic, there were in fact a few Dundee players in amongst the Hoops with the likes of Allan, Strachan, Gemmell & Phillip teaming up with McNeill, Hood, Lennox and co.
The result was a 5-1 Dee victory.
Bobby Wilson's final game for the dark blues was in May 1976, a 1-0 win over Motherwell, bringing his time at the club to an end.

Remember getting Bobby's autograph outside Dens and being mightily impressed that he was wearing a Ferencvaros lapel badge on his jeckit.
Saw him during the Bonetti era standing in exactly the same spot for a game against Livi must have been there to see Barry play.
Dundee used to play him as what we would now call a wing-back when they were struggling to score and he would inevitably zip a good cross over for his namesake Sammy
