Nicknamed "Chippy".
Colin Lowe joined Dundee from Lochee United during the 1970/71 season but he never played for the first-eleven. He subsequently joined Forfar Athletic in June 1972, where he became a regular over the course of the next four seasons.
Is this the same Colin Lowe who pops up from time to time in the "Tele" presenting things to Juvenile League teams?
