Can't believe that after all this time no one has posted any memories.
I first recall Alan wearing tangerine and along with another ex Dee,Ian Scott scoring against Dundee in September 1969. Gordon Wallace was a debutant and he scored.
The memorable Scottish Cup match at Easter Road that ended 3.3 and he got all 3 Hibs goals.
Then for the short time he played for us he got a few important goals,my favourite was a flying header against Airdrie.
Life is short.
Flying headers were Alan Gordon's speciality. He scored a few like that for Eddie Turnbull's Hibs team. Did he also play for Hearts?
